The Brema CB 955A HC ice cube maker is designed for high frequencies: it produces up to 95 kg of ice cubes in 24 hours. The cubes weigh approx. 18 g, are clear and dimensionally stable, and keep cocktails, long drinks, and soft drinks cold for a long time – without watering down the drink.

For impressive ice quality, the Brema spray system sprays fine jets of water onto ice molds. This creates a layered structure without air pockets – the basis for crystal-clear, dense ice cubes with a uniformly slow melting rate. The result is impressive both in the glass and in everyday business.

Air-cooled – efficient – climate-friendly

When installing the air-cooled version, sufficient airflow around the unit is essential for heat dissipation. This ice maker uses R290 (propane) as a refrigerant – efficient, modern, and with a very low greenhouse effect. This keeps operation economical and climate-friendly at the same time.

Hygiene & care: quick to clean, long-lasting reliability

The stainless steel housing offers smooth, hygienic surfaces; rounded interior contours and removable components make the ice machine easy to clean.
