The Hoshizaki IM-30CPE-U series combines compact dimensions with professional cube ice production and integrated UV-C hygiene technology. The units are particularly suitable for smaller bars, cafés, restaurants, and service areas where hygienic ice production and limited installation space are equally important.

Thanks to the plug-and-play design and integrated storage bin, the models can be installed quickly and used flexibly. The units are suitable for built-in and undercounter installation, making them ideal for compact workspaces.

The proven closed cell system enables precise and hygienic ice production: each ice cube is formed individually using fresh water, while excess water is carefully drained away. Automatic rinse cycles reduce mineral build-up and ensure clear, compact, and neutral-tasting ice cubes.

A closed water circuit reliably protects the entire production process from contamination and guarantees consistently high ice quality. At the same time, the magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling ensures efficient water circulation and increases operational reliability as well as system longevity.

The integrated UV-C hygiene function supports the continuous disinfection of water-carrying components and circulating water, enhancing hygiene safety throughout the entire production process.

The electronic control system continuously monitors all production processes and ensures stable ice production even under changing conditions. Automatic cleaning functions and easily accessible maintenance components simplify daily operation.

The air-cooled refrigeration system enables energy-efficient operation while maintaining reliable ice production. The units use the natural refrigerant R290. The unit is supplied with an installation kit, adjustable feet, and an ice scoop.

This model produces standard ice cubes (28 × 28 × 32 mm) with a capacity of up to 34 kg per 24 hours – ideal for smaller bars, cafés, and service areas where hygienic ice production and compact dimensions are equally important.
