Citrus Squeezers & Citrus Pourers (manual)

Manual squeezers for lemons and citrus fruits come in quite different shapes:
Probably the most prominent variant consists of a pressing cone with ribs onto which the halved fruit is pressed, just like with most electric citrus juicers. The juice flows into a collecting container and can be poured from there into the guest glass.

Manual citrus juicers are usually made of stainless steel, but other materials such as plastic are also used.

Lemon pourers, on the other hand, follow a completely different principle: these bar tools are pierced into the lemon or citrus fruit, whereupon by exerting pressure on the fruit, you can simply pour out the juice as if from a dosing bottle. After the fruit is completely squeezed out, the spout, which is usually made of stainless steel, is simply removed, cleaned and can be reused.
